Abstract
An electrolyte and a lithium battery including the electrolyte, a positive electrode, and a negative electrode are provided. The electrolyte includes a lithium difluorophosphate (LiPOF), a sultam-based compound, and an organic solvent. The electrolyte may reduce an internal resistance increase rate of a lithium battery, and thus improve high-temperature stability of the lithium battery.
