Abstract

The present invention provides a transfer control device capable of reducing an electric power consumption and suppressing a decrease in display quality. A host processor () of the present invention includes a display data transmitting circuit () which transmits display data to a driver () by an interlace method or a non-interlace method, depending on a transmission amount of the display data, which transmission amount is identified by a transmission amount identifying circuit ().
