Abstract
This disclosure provides novel imidazopyridazine compounds of formula (I) and pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, a process for preparing them, and their practical effect in inhibiting PIK and potential use in treating a disease responsive to inhibition of PIK, for example, an inflammatory disease, autoimmune disease or cancer.
