Abstract
The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing 1-chloro-1,2-difluoroethylene at low cost. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for producing 1-chloro-1,2-difluoroethylene, including the step of dehydrohalogenating chlorofluoroethane represented by formula (1) CFClX—CHFXwherein Xand Xare different from each other and represent H, F, or Cl; and either Xor Xis H.
