Abstract

An omnidirectional treadmill apparatus. The omnidirectional treadmill apparatus includes: a plurality of segments which are continuously arranged along the direction of a first axis, each of which having a belt part; a first rotation unit for rotating the plurality of segments along the direction of the first axis; and a second rotation unit for rotating the belt part of each segment in the direction of a second axis which is perpendicular to the first axis, wherein the belt part has a toothed surface which is tooth-engaged with the second rotation unit.
