Abstract
An electronic device, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, includes: a digitizer that operates in an Electro-Magnetic Resonance (EMR) detection scheme; a flip cover that includes a resonance circuit; and a controller, wherein the controller determines the type of the flip cover by identifying at least one of a resonant frequency of a resonance signal output from the resonance circuit and the location of the resonance signal recognized by the digitizer.
