A vehicle heater includes a heat exchanger assembly unit () and a blower assembly unit (). The heat exchanger assembly unit () has a first sealing surface () and the blower assembly unit () includes a second sealing surface (), which is positioned opposite the first sealing surface () at a predefined location determined by the spacer arrangement ().
