Abstract
Provided is a urethane curable composition including: a catalyst (a); a polyol (b) having two or more hydroxyl groups in one molecule; a polyisocyanate (c) having two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule; and silica particles (d) at a predetermined ratio, in which the catalyst (a) is a metal carboxylate represented by a formula (1):M(OCOR)n  (1)
