Abstract

A conveyance device capable of performing traveling operation and turning operation, a planar conveyance apparatus, and a conveyance unit. A conveyance devicehas a travel parthaving a beltfor allowing an article to be placed, and a turning tablethat supports the travel part. The beltis an endless member suspended between a pair of rollers. The belttravels by being engaged with a driving bodyto which power of a motor for travelingis transmitted by a drive shaft. Power of a motor for turningis transmitted to the turning table, so that the turning tableturns. That is, when the motor for turningis driven, the travel partturns along with the turning table
