Abstract

The present application relates to a reflow soldering oven () for soldering an electronic circuit board (), the oven () comprising a gas purification system () for purifying gas that contains flux components vaporized from the electronic circuit board (). The gas purification system further comprises at least one gas purification unit () comprising a catalyst unit comprising a catalyst material. The invention further relates to a corresponding reflow soldering method.
