Abstract
One subject of the invention is a cooking device comprising internal elements including at least one heating means, control and/or monitoring means and at least one light-emitting device, said internal elements being covered with at least one glass or glass-ceramic plate colored using vanadium oxide, at least one light-emitting device not being of red color seen through said plate, said plate intrinsically having a light transmission ranging from 2.3% to 40% and an optical transmission of at least 0.6% for at least one wavelength within the region ranging from 420 to 480 nm, said cooking device being such that at least one masking means intended to mask at least one part of said internal elements is placed on top of, underneath or within said plate.
