Abstract
A terahertz endoscope suitable for intestinal tract lesion inspection and an inspection method are provided. The terahertz endoscope includes a combined tube body inserted into an intestinal tract, a terahertz signal enhancement module, a terahertz inspection module, and a real-time imaging module. The combined tube body mainly includes a sleeve tube (), a sleeve head () and a hemispherical glass cover (). The terahertz signal enhancement module mainly includes a tunable laser () and an optical fiber () installed in the sleeve tube (). The terahertz inspection module mainly includes a terahertz wave detector (), a terahertz wave transmitter (), as well as a first stainless steel metal wire () and a second stainless steel metal wire () installed in the combined tube body.
