Abstract

Provided is a seat pad () having a placing surface (), wherein a lateral slit section () extending from an outer side toward an inner side of the seat pad () is formed in a first lateral direction (B) along the placing surface (), and at least a portion of the lateral slit section () gradually becomes smaller in a thickness direction (H) perpendicular to the placing surface () from the outer side toward the inner side of the seat pad () in the first lateral direction (B).
