Abstract
This light reflection device comprises: first reflective surfaces () whereby light from an exit surface S of a light source () is reflected; and second reflective surfaces () whereby the light reflected at the first reflective surfaces () is reflected in the exiting direction of the light from the exit surface S. In a plane containing a light axis L of the light source (), the first reflective surfaces () have a shape wherein portions from two ellipses E, Eare connected at the light axis L, first focal points Ffrom the respective ellipses E, Ebeing disposed on the second reflective surfaces (). If the light source () is disposed in such a manner that, in the plane, second focal points Ffrom the respective ellipses E, Eare positioned on the surface S, the angle between the light axis L of the light source () and the orientation of the reflected light on the second reflective surfaces () is less than 90°.
