Abstract
A light deflectorincludes a reflector (), inner piezoelectric actuators (), an inner frame (), outer piezoelectric actuators (), and an outer frame (). The reflector () is oscillated about a first axis Ua and a second axis Ub by the inner piezoelectric actuators () and the outer piezoelectric actuators (), respectively. Formed on the rear surface of the light deflectoris a projecting rib (), which projects from an encircling rib () of the inner frame () and reaches a corner portion () of a distal end portion of a piezoelectric cantilever (). A vertical side () has an outer recess (). The outer recess () extends along the projecting rib () in a portion of the distal end side of the piezoelectric cantilever ().
