Abstract

Provided in the present specification is a composition for brain activation, comprising ginseng fruit extract as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present specification allows an increase in blood flow in the brain and thus has an effect of ameliorating chronic fatigue syndrome. In addition, the composition according to the present specification activates the brain, and as a result, strengthens connectivity strength between the frontal lobe and the occipital lobe and thus has an effect of improving problem-solving accuracy and reducing solving time in the area of cognitive ability. Therefore, the composition according to the present specification can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition for patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.
