An iris-expanding device injector assembly is described. The iris-expanding device injector assembly has a handle, a slider and/or button coupled with the handle and configured to slide with respect to the handle, a cannula coupled with the handle, the cannula configured to slide in to and out from a holder containing an iris-expanding device, and a hook housed within the cannula.
