The imaging system () for registration of different imaging modalities comprises a first imaging modality (), a second imaging modality (), and an imaging device () for registration of different imaging modalities. The imaging device () for registration of different imaging modalities comprises a model provision unit (), a first image data provision unit (), a processing unit (), a second image data provision unit (), and a registration unit (). The model provision unit () provides a cavity model of a visceral cavity.
