Abstract
A method for determining fluorescence values {φ}of a set of I fluorescent microparticles {μP}of a multiplexed analysis, the microparticles being in a monolayer arrangement, includes acquiring a digital fluorescence image of the set of fluorescent microparticles {μP}; and computing, for each fluorescent microparticle μPin the set of fluorescent microparticles {μP}, a fluorescence value φbased only on pixels of the acquired image corresponding to said fluorescent microparticle μP. The method includes computing the fluorescence value φof the fluorescent microparticle μPby correcting its first fluorescence φby a cross-talk fluorescence contribution φin the first fluorescence φfrom other fluorescent microparticles {μP}in the set of fluorescent microparticles {μP}.
