Abstract
Embodiments herein relate to a first station (STA) and a method performed by a first station (STA) for handling Request-to-Send/Clear-to-Send, RTS/CTS, transmissions in a wireless communications network (). The first station (STA) is served by a first access point (AP) in a first Basic Service Set (BSS). The first station (STA) receives a RTS/CTS transmission relating to a second Basic Service Set (BSS). Then, the first station (STA) determine whether or not to set a Network Allocation Vector, NAV, according to the RTS/CTS transmission based on whether the RTS/CTS transmission was sent from a second station (STA) or from a second access point (AP) in the second Basic Service Set (BSS). Embodiments herein also relate to a first access point (AP) and a method performed by a first access point (AP) for handling RTS/CTS transmissions in a wireless communications network ().
