Abstract
The present disclosure is for controlling a size of a voice packet in a wireless communication system. A method for operating a base station includes: detecting a loss of at least one uplink voice packet; transmitting a downlink voice packet including an indication regarding a sampling rate change of a terminal according to the loss; and receiving an uplink voice packet according to a changed transmission rate.
