Abstract

In a rod hole () of a holding rod () held in a guide hole () of a piston (), a limit switch () is fixed and a detection rod () is inserted. A first engagement ball () and a second engagement ball () are configured to be in contact with a first cam surface () and a second cam surface (), respectively, which are provided at an outer periphery of the detection rod (). The first engagement ball () and the second engagement ball () are configured to be in contact with a first pushing portion () and a second pushing portion (), respectively, which are provided inside the guide hole (). The position of the piston () is detected by electrically or electronically detecting the movement of the detection rod () by the limit switch ().
