Abstract
Described herein are oral care compositions comprising (i) a peroxide whitening agent comprising a whitening complex of crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone complexed with hydrogen peroxide, (ii) sodium acid pyrophosphate (NaHPO) in an amount of from 0.05 wt % to 5 wt % based on the weight of the composition, and (iii) less than 3 wt % water based on the weight of the composition.
