Abstract
An endoscope () having an operating handle comprising a handle housing () and an insertion tube () extending from said handle towards a distal end of the endoscope () and terminating in a tip part () at the distal end of the endoscope (). The endoscope () comprises a tool operating member () for operating a tool () at the tip part (). A control means connects the tool operating member () and the tool (), so as to allow movement () of the tool in response to activation of said tool operating member (). Also disclosed is an endoscope including a grasping tool and a method of removing a stent from a patient.
