Abstract
The present disclosure provides an organic electroluminescent array substrate and a display device comprising the organic electroluminescent array substrate. The organic electroluminescent array substrate comprises: a pixel array, in which each pixel has a light-emitting region; and a pixel definition layer for defining the light-emitting region of each pixel, wherein the pixel definition layer has a volume resistivity of 10to 10Ω·m.
