Abstract
Disclosed herein are bicyclic peptide compounds, compositions comprising same, methods for making same, and libraries comprising same. The disclosed compounds, in various aspects, are useful for treating a variety of disorders, including inflammatory disorders, autoimmune disorders, and disorders of uncontrolled cellular proliferation.
