Abstract
A selenium-enriched tea polyphenol selenide, has such a structure as wherein Ris alkali metal ion and selenium coordination complex, and R═H, or A method for preparing the selenium-enriched tea polyphenol selenide, comprises: A) reacting tea polyphenol with at least one inorganic metallic alkali, to obtain tea polyphenol hydroxy acid salt; and B) reacting the tea polyphenol hydroxy acid salt with SeO, to obtain the selenium-enriched tea polyphenol selenide.
