Abstract
A joining tool (), a joining device () equipped therewith and a joining method for joining stringers () to flexible workpieces () are provided. A plurality of industrial robots (to) are equipped with the joining tools () and handle and join the stringer () jointly. The joining tools () are heated and grip the stringer () via a gripper tool () on the upper face () of the structural unit, using a controlled suction gripper (), a heated counter-holder (), which is arranged next to the gripper tool, likewise acting upon the upper face () of the structural unit.
