Abstract
An organic EL display deviceincludes a flexible plastic substrate, an organic EL elementon the plastic substrate, and a sealing filmprovided on the plastic substrateto cover the organic EL element. The sealing filmincludes a first sealing layeron a surface of the plastic substrate, a stress relief layeron a surface of the first sealing layer, and a second sealing layeron a surface of the stress relief layer. Compressive stress of the first sealing layeris lower than compressive stress of the second sealing layer
