Abstract
A computer-implemented method for designing an assembly of objects in a three-dimensional scene of a system of computer-aided design, comprising the steps of: providing (SI), in the scene, a first locator (LOCI) associated with a first design dimensions range; and providing (S), in the scene, at least one second locator (LOC, LOC) respectively associated with a second design dimensions range, the first design dimensions range having an upper bound greater than the upper bound of the second design dimensions range.
