Abstract
The invention relates to an apparatus for processing cylinder walls of internal combustion engines (), including a cutting element (). The cutting element () is arranged on a rotary cutting ring (). The cutting element () has a slit contour () with a plurality of cutting edges () arranged next to each other in a direction of an axis of rotation of the rotary cutting ring. And, the individual cutting edges () face in a direction of rotation of the rotary cutting ring.
