Abstract

A disaster emergency rescue system is provided, which may include a first mobile device and a second mobile device. The first mobile device executes a first application to broadcast a positioning signal based on a first communication protocol. The second mobile device receives the positioning signal to activate a second application, originally in suspended status or not-running status, installed on the second mobile device. After the second application is activated, the first application of the first mobile device communicates with the second application of the second mobile device.
