Abstract

A relay () is provided. The relay () includes an insulating housing () defining an accommodating cavity () therein; two binding posts () disposed to the insulating housing (), each having an end extending into the accommodating cavity (); an insulating plate () disposed within the accommodating cavity (), movable between a first position and a second position, and having two connecting contacts () disposed on a first side of the insulating plate () facing the binding posts (); a fuse () disposed between the two connecting contacts (); a mounting base () connected to the insulating housing (); and a push rod () movably disposed to the mounting base () and connected to the insulating plate (), in which when the insulating plate () is located at the first position, the two connecting contacts () abut against the two binding posts () respectively, and when the insulating plate () is located at the second position, the two connecting contacts () detach from the two binding posts () respectively.
