Abstract
A stopper bracket () is fixed to an inner pipe () at a location between the pair of clamp parts (and). The hanger bracket () is assembled with the stopper bracket (), and a pair of side plates (and) of the hanger bracket () are interposed between the pair of clamp parts (and) and the pair of outer column support parts (and). The guide mechanism () guides the hanger bracket () so that the hanger bracket () is restricted from displacing relative to the stopper bracket () in a front-rear direction of a vehicle and is capable of displacing relative to the stopper bracket () in a vehicle width direction. A support mechanism () supports the hanger bracket () relative to the stopper bracket ().
