Abstract

A load-detecting deviceincludes a load detection sensor unit SU and a baseon which the load detection sensor unit SU is mounted, and the load detection sensor unit SU includes an upper surfaceS configured to be pressed by a seat cushion SC, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The upper surfaceS moves with respect to the mount surfaceS such that an angle of the upper surfaceS with respect to the mount surfaceS changes.
