Abstract
A rotorof a centrifuge, having a receiving chamberfor samples to be centrifuged, a concentrically mounted seatwhich is associated with a supportof a drive shaftof said centrifuge, a lidwhich limits the receiving chamberat the top, which is mounted concentrically relative to the rotor and which has, on its side remote from the receiving chamber, a handlefor carrying the rotor and the lid, and a locking mechanismof lidand rotor, which locking mechanismcomprises a locking elementwhich can be moved between a locking position and an unlocking position thereof.
