Abstract
During an evacuation situation in a building equipped with an elevator system, in which building a plurality of fixed point markers are arranged at specified locations, a sequence of floors (L, L, L) to be evacuated according to which the elevator system services the floors (L, L, L) is determined. The sequence depends on the current traffic situations on the floors (L, L, L). The traffic situation is, in turn, based on the instantaneous positions of the mobile devices. These positions are each determined in each case when a mobile device, by means of data received from a first fixed point marker, accesses a database in which the data is linked to a site of the first fixed point marker.
