Abstract
A surfactant for use in an automatic dishwashing composition is provided, wherein the surfactant is a glycidyl ether-capped ethoxylated alcohol as noted in formula I. Wherein Ris a linear, saturated Calkyl group, Ris a linear or branched saturated Calkyl group, m has an average value of 10 to 50, and n has an average value of >1 to 2. Also provided are automatic dishwashing compositions comprising said surfactant.
