Abstract

To provide a communication terminal capable of suppressing an increase in power consumption of a UE during multi-subframe scheduling, a communication terminal () includes a monitoring unit () that monitors control information containing allocation information of at least one subframe where downlink data is transmitted, and a control unit () that determines monitoring timing to monitor the control information in accordance with a decoding result of downlink data transmitted using the at least one subframe. The monitoring unit () monitors the control information at the determined monitoring timing.
