Abstract
For manufacturing composite parts () having an inner hollow moulded body () with openings (), which are accessible from outside, the moulded body is introduced into a moulding tool on the mould walls on which a shell layer () was applied. The hollow space between the moulded body () and the shell layer () is filled with a thermally insulating plastic foam () which is foamed in the moulding tool and bonds to the moulded body and the shell layer. After removal, a moulded body is provided, which has a qualitatively good surface formed by the shell layer. Such a composite part is preferably used for connecting thermally insulating pipes.
