Abstract
Inventive embodiments disclosed herein include formulation embodiments for promoting a reduction in skin pigmentation. The inventive formulation embodiments Hibiscus acids, a Halidrys formulation that includes water; glycerin; Sargassum Muticum Extract and one or more alpha hydroxyl acids in concentrations for reducing melanin concentrations in melanin containing cells upon contact.
