Abstract
An intraocular lensincludes a lensand a hapticconnected to the lens. The lensis disposed behind an irisin an eye of a patient. The haptichas a main bodyand first and second projectionsand. The main bodyextends from the lensoutward in a radial direction about a visual axis C of the patient. The first and second projectionsandare located so as to project from the main bodytoward spaces between a plurality of ciliary zonulesconnecting a crystalline lensand a ciliary bodyin the eye. Accordingly, an intraocular lens and a haptic for an intraocular lens that are able to inhibit the position of a lens from being displaced are provided.
