Abstract

The invention relates to a sleeve () for providing a dental implant () with a disinfectable surface (), wherein the sleeve () is configured to be attached to an end or coronal region () of a dental implant (), wherein the sleeve () comprises a through hole () encompassed by the sleeve () which through hole () is adapted to receive said end region () of the dental implant (), wherein said through hole () is delimited by an inside () of the sleeve which faces said through hole (), and wherein the sleeve () comprises an outside () facing away from said inside (), which outside () forms said disinfectable or sterilizable surface (). Further, the invention relates to an arrangement of the sleeve on a dental implant as well as to a method for arranging the sleeve on a dental implant.
