Abstract

A transportation vehicle part includes: a patch memberconstructed of a plate-like metal patch panel, and a vibration attenuating resin layerprovided along a surface of the patch panel; and a metal base plateclosely adhered with the vibration attenuating resin layerof the patch memberand affixed with the patch member. The patch panelis produced via a rolling step. An acute angle between a longitudinal direction and a rolling direction of the patch panelis 30 to 70 degrees. According to this structure, the natural frequency in a primary mode is made high, whereby the vibration characteristic is improved.
