A heat exchanger having a drainage member () mounted on an open end () of a heat-transfer tube (), wherein the drainage member () contains a flow guide portion () including an insertion portion () configured to be inserted into the heat-transfer tube () from the open end (), and a projecting portion () projecting toward an outside of the heat-transfer tube () from the open end () and extending downward.
