Abstract

The wearable device provided by embodiments of the present disclosure is used for enhancing physical fitness, and includes a first connection member, a second connection member, a first joint member, a second joint member, a first fixing structure, a second fixing structure, a third fixing structure, a first sensor and a first controller. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, motion control may be implemented by obtaining a motion state parameter of an arm of the user and controlling, according to the motion statement parameter, the first connection member and the second connection member to act, so that the user may adjust his walking speed and stride naturally and conveniently.
