Abstract
The present invention provides an apparatus and method for controlling the charging capacity of a battery to minimize battery damage, thereby enabling the battery to be used for a longer time. More specifically, the present invention provides a device and method for extending a battery life by reducing battery damage by controlling the charging capacity of the battery according to a temperature.
