Abstract

A detent leverand a piston rodare engaged with each other through engagement between a recessed portionof the detent leverand a pin portionof a retainer memberattached to the piston rod. With this configuration, the detent leverand the piston rodcan be engaged with each other easily and in a short time when assembling a parking device. As a result, the time required for the work of assembling the parking devicecan be shortened.
