Abstract
A pet collar () includes a first elongate strap () and a plurality of retainers () which are carried by the strap (). The retainers () receive a second elongate strap () which can be of a material such as found in a conventional flea collar. When positioned on the pet, the first strap () hides the second strap () so that it is not apparent that the pet is wearing the second strap ().
