A damping valve () for a vibration damper, includes a damping valve body () with at least one through-channel () whose outlet side is at least partially covered by at least one valve disk (), wherein the at least one valve disk () lifts from a valve seat surface () during impingement via the through-channel (), and a supporting disk (), as stop, limits the lifting movement, wherein the supporting disk () is outfitted in direction of the valve disk () with an elastomeric support () which is formed by a plurality of individual supporting elements ().
